American Historical Association Plenary Session Jan. 5
American Historical Association Plenary Session:
Jan. 5, 2017, 8-9:30 pm, Sheraton Denver Downtown, Plaza Ballroom A.
Free and open to the public.
As the United States prepares to inaugurate a new president, a distinguished panel of historians will discuss the pressing international and domestic concerns that the new administration will confront.
The program will explore how histories and historical thinking offer important insights into the policy landscape for the “first hundred days” of the new administration. What are the important issues on the table, and what do we as historians bring to that table? The plenary will conclude with questions from the audience.
"The First Hundred Days" is part of the 131st annual meeting of the American Historical Association.
