SUMMARY:Colorado Book Awards Finalist Celebration and Winners Announcement
DESCRIPTION:Join Colorado Humanities and the 2025 Colorado Book Awards finalists on Saturday\, July 26 at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House Studio Loft for a celebration of Colorado’s best literature published in 2024. Toast to the finalists\, meet authors while enjoying appetizers\, drinks\, and dessert catered by one of Denver’s most accomplished and acclaimed chefs\, Kevin Taylor. Our keynote speaker is Ryan Warner\, Senior Host of Colorado Matters on Colorado Public Radio and Anthony Powell\, Artistic Director of Stories on Stage\, will be our emcee. The main event takes place in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House Studio Loft\, a large\, airy space atop “The Ellie\,” featuring a beautiful cathedral ceiling and exposed brick walls.\n\nThis joyful celebration of Colorado’s vibrant literary community will also serve as a fundraiser in support of Colorado Humanities’ statewide work to connect people to the stories\, ideas\, and conversations that shape our lives.
