Justice Gregory Hobbs

Gregory Hobbs, retired Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court, will discuss the history and culture of Colorado water, conditional rights, supply planning, instream flows, kayak courses, and conservation. Justice Hobbs will also talk about how two opinions he authored for the Court, brought by Trout Unlimited, are helping shape water supply planning, conservation, and environmental law in Colorado and the West.
