University of Northern Colorado’s Native American Student Services hosts their first ever Indigenous Peoples’ Day Read-a-thon, an open mic style event celebrating Native writers and artists. Crisosto will do a poetry reading and a discussion on their career journey . All readers will be entered into a raffle to win one of six incredible titles by Native authors and artists, including two of Apache’s poetry collections.
