Community Conversation about Race & Ethnicity

Colorado Humanities and Arapahoe Libraries will host an online community conversation about race, ethnicity, and the power of listening April 7 from 6-7:30 p.m. MT. Participants will be invited to share their perspectives in guided, small-group discussions facilitated by Dr. Elizabeth Parks, author of The Ethics of Listening: Creating Space for Sustainable Dialogue. Parks is a dialogue and diversity specialist for the Center for Public Deliberation and assistant professor of communication studies at Colorado State University.
